Introduction to Guantao Tower: Guantao Tower is located on the southwest side of the Jingguan Hall, also known as the "Little Spirit Tower". It has a three-story wooden structure and is more than 10 feet high. It was the tallest building in the east of the city during the Qing Dynasty. In the past, you could climb up here to enjoy the "Autumn Waves of Huangpu", one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Shanghai".
