Introduction to the Thirty-three-day Cave: The Thirty-three-day Cave is dug into the red sandstone wall of Puguang Temple, 43 meters above the ground. It is neatly arranged into five floors from bottom to top. The first, second and third floors are each There are five grottoes in a row, three on the fourth floor, one on the fifth, and two more on the upper left side of the top floor, for a total of 21 grottoes. The grottoes are larger at the bottom and smaller at the top, in the shape of a pagoda. This structure of the grotto is unique and rare.
Thirty-three caves are layered on top of each other, with tunnels connecting each layer. Entering from the north of the first layer, the tunnels are zigzag-shaped, with winding corridors: the highest cave is the Cave of the Savior of the Buddha, with a green tara sculpture inside. There is a small cave connected to the statue, which contains a statue of White Tara. There is a brick tower in the cave on the fifth floor, which contains the seven-star wisdom sword of Guanyin Bodhisattva to slay the evil dragon. The other caves have niches for statues. Now there is a statue in the niche. Most were destroyed.
