Introduction to the Xiancan Temple: The Xiancan Temple, also known as the Silkworm Flower Hall or the Silkworm King Hall, is located at the intersection of Wulong Road, Shengze Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province. The temple was built in the 20th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1840). A plaque is erected in the middle of the three arches for the name of the temple. The words "Zhiyun" and "Xiujin" written on the top of the two sides are a reflection of the prosperity of Shengze's silk industry at that time.
