Introduction to Nanyuan Park: Nanyuan Park was built by Wang Wensu (also known as Xijue), the first prime minister during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, covering an area of more than 30 acres. The main buildings include "Embroidered Snow Hall", "Tan Ying Pavilion" and "Xiang Tao Pavilion". It is where Prime Minister Wang handles government affairs and grows plums and chrysanthemums. Taicang is also known as "Taishi's Mansion" among the people. In the early Qing Dynasty, the painter Wang Shimin, the grandson of Wensu, expanded the garden and specially invited Zhang Nanyuan, the master of mountain building at that time, to preside over the construction. The two masters, painter and craftsman, collaborated to make Nanyuan a famous historical garden that integrates gardening and painting. , the first garden in Wuyi since the Qing Dynasty, was later destroyed by war.
