Introduction to the portrait of Sun Yat-sen: Sun Yat-sen, born on November 12, 1866, was a native of Cuiheng Village, Xiangshan County, Guangdong (i.e. Zhongshan City), a forerunner of China’s modern democratic revolution, founder of the Republic of China and the Chinese Kuomintang, and an advocate of the Three People’s Principles.
