Introduction to the Huayuankou Block Memorial Pavilion: There are two symmetrical pavilions on the east and west side. The one on the west side is also called the Bagua Pavilion. Engraved on the stele are the eight characters "An Lan You Qing" inscribed by Chiang Kai-shek and "An Lan You Qing" inscribed by the Executive Yuan. The pavilion in the east was built by the River Affairs Department after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The six-sided stele in the pavilion was jointly established by the Henan Provincial People's Government and the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission in 1997.
