Introduction to the Three Great Scholars Hall: The Three Great Scholars Hall was built in the 36th year of Kangxi (1697 AD) and the 20th year of Jiaqing (1815 AD) in the Qing Dynasty. The abbot of this circle rebuilt it with ten large stone pillars. Enshrined in the center is Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, with Samantabhadra and Manjusri on the left and right. Because in the Tang Dynasty, to avoid Li Shimin's taboo, he was called Guanyin by later generations. The ashram was located in Mount Putuo, Zhejiang. In the central niche at the back of the hall is a bronze statue of Skanda Bodhisattva, 2 meters high, which was cast in the ninth year of Daoguang (1829).
