Introduction to Dacheng Hall: Dacheng Hall is the main building of the Confucius Temple and the central place for worshiping Confucius. The hall is built on a wide stone platform and retains the architectural style of the Song and Yuan Dynasties. It is 24.8 meters high, 45.8 meters wide and 24.9 meters deep. , with double eaves and nine ridges, yellow tiles and flying rafts, carved beams and painted pillars, it is majestic and majestic, with a holy and noble style.
The entrance door in the hall originally enshrined a portrait of Confucius, the most holy master of Dacheng. Beside it stood the tablets of Confucius’s most favored disciples Yan Hui, Zisi, Zengzi and the famous “lesser sage” Mencius.
