Introduction to the School of Medicine: Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine (formerly Xi'an Medical University) was founded in 1937. Its predecessor was the National Peking University School of Medicine. The school is famous for its academic style of "unity, diligence, rigor, and innovation" and is one of the most important schools in my country. It is one of the cradle of cultivating senior medical professionals in the northwest region. It is the only key medical school directly under the Ministry of Health in the northwest region and one of the branches of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
