Introduction to Ouyang Courtyard: Ouyang Courtyard is a well-known large household in the ancient town. It is located on the northwest side of Sideng Sifang Street. It is the westernmost one among the "Three Family Alleys" and is the ancestor of the Ouyang family—— Ouyang Jingzi Jianguang was built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, about 100 years ago. Ouyang's house is a typical building style of the Bai people, with "three squares, one screen wall, and four courtyards combined with five patios." It has a public store (i.e. horse store) and two gardens, covering an area of about 1,300 square meters. The current gate of Ouyang's house is a stone structure with a round vault. There is a lion relief on the gate. On the top of the gate, there are carved flowers and birds on both sides and various calligraphy and paintings. Each calligraphy and painting is different and has its own artistic conception. There is no similarity at all. The whole door gives people the feeling of grandeur, uniqueness and luxurious structure.
