Introduction to ethnic minority villages: There are three villages along the coast of Yuxian Lake: Haizibian, Xintang and Jieyinpo, inhabited by the Yi, Miao and Zhuang ethnic minorities respectively. Every year during the Huashan Festival of the Miao people in the first month, the March Festival of the Zhuang people in March, the Torch Festival of the Yi people in June, and the Grass Horse Festival in September, the three ethnic groups in the three villages wear colorful national costumes. Come to the lakeside to celebrate the festival with singing and dancing.
