Introduction to the Memorial Hall: The Heitieshan Anti-Japanese Armed Uprising Memorial Hall was opened on August 1, 1996. It has a two-story main body and a plaque with the name of the museum inscribed by General Zhang Zhen, the former Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission. The exhibition hall has a total of 8 parts, displaying 35 items such as guns, knives, tables and chairs, office and living utensils used by the troops, and Japanese combat knives, gasoline barrels, lunch boxes, grenades seized on the battlefield; the causes and consequences of the uprising, the ins and outs of the pictures, and 200 drawing boards. The remaining pieces include 30 inscriptions and paintings by veteran generals and veterans who participated in the uprising, as well as more than 150 original copies of memoirs, anthologies, correspondence and photos of senior veterans. There are more than 100 reports on the Black Iron Mountain Uprising from various domestic media.
