Stretching from Wanliu Middle Road to the west and the Northwest Fourth Ring Road to the south, the regional characteristics reflect Haidian’s historical context and characteristics of the times. Changchun Garden is the first royal garden built by Emperor Kangxi, the ancestor of the Qing Dynasty, in the northwest suburbs of Beijing to "avoid noise and listen to politics". Its predecessor was the Tsinghua Garden built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It was historically known as "spring" and "water". "Famous throughout the world, it was later destroyed by the Eight-Power Allied Forces. Except for the two remaining gates of Enyou Temple and Enmu Temple, the former grandeur has long since disappeared. Haidian Park, built on the original site of Changchun Garden, covers an area of ​​40 hectares, including 30 hectares of landscaping, 1.9 hectares of water surface, and 420 parking spaces. 28 kinds of embodied gardens are planted in the park, such as Thousand-headed chrysanthemum, Albizia julibrissin, ash, and ginkgo. There are more than 400,000 seedlings with historical characteristics at the site. The park is mainly greened with large areas. It has a musical colored light fountain square, a stepable evergreen lawn, a Pearl Spring (Ten Thousand Springs of Jade), a sunken garden, and a rice field scenic area. How to get there:

Self-driving: 1. Exit the Summer Palace at Wanquanhe Bridge on the North Fourth Ring Road. After getting off the bridge, take the auxiliary road to Xiyuan Bridge and turn around 300 meters south; 2. Exit the Summer Palace at Wanquanhe Bridge on the West 4th Ring Road and take the auxiliary road to Liulangzhuang Turn left at the intersection and go 400 meters north; 3. Exit the Summer Palace at Suzhou Bridge on the Third Ring Road. After getting off the bridge, take the auxiliary road to Xiyuan Bridge and make a U-turn south for 300 meters
