Scenic spot introduction:

The core of Nanjing Yuhuatai Scenic Spot is Yuhuatai, which is a memorial site for China's new democratic revolution and the place where revolutionary martyrs died. More than 100,000 communists and revolutionary masses died here. Yuhuatai is a beautiful hill surrounded by pine and cypress trees, about 100 meters high and 3.5 kilometers long. The top is in the shape of a platform and consists of three hills. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, "Yuhua Sayings" and "The Wind is High at the End of the Trees" in the scenic area were listed as one of the "Eighteen Scenes of Jinling" and "Forty-eight Scenes of Jinling" respectively, making it a famous scenic spot in Jiangnan.

Attractions distribution:

The Yuhuatai Scenic Area consists of six functional areas: the scenic spot and historical sites area, the martyrs' cemetery area, the Yuhua stone culture area, the Yuhua tea culture area, the recreation and activity area and the ecological dense forest area. Among them, the recreation and activity area and the ecological dense forest area are under construction.

The famous Yuhua tea in the scenic area should not be missed. The "Erquan Tea House" beside the Yuhua Spring is a great place to enjoy tea.

Best time to visit:

April 4th to 5th every year is the Remembrance Day at Yuhuatai Martyrs Cemetery; the scenic area holds the China Nanjing Yuhua Stone Art Festival in late September and early October every year, which is the best time for people to travel.

Ticket prices for Yuhuatai:

Yuhuatai Scenic Area is open to tourists free of charge, but there are three scenic areas in the park that require separate tickets;

Yuhua Stone Museum Ticket price: 10 yuan/person;

Bonsai Garden Ticket: 5 yuan/person;

Yuhua Pavilion Ticket price: 5 yuan/person;

Scenic area sightseeing bus: 10 yuan/person; (you can get on and off at will)

Explanation fee: 100 yuan/group; (no limit on the number of people)

8:00-17:00 (Monday Yuhua Stone Museum Closed for one day)
