Wudang Mountain is one of the famous Taoist holy places in my country. It is famous for its prominent status as the "Crown of the Five Sacred Mountains" where "the four famous mountains all bow to it and the five immortal mountains all pay homage to it". It is one of the world cultural heritage sites announced by the United Nations. Most of the 36 palaces, temples and nunneries in the mountain were built in the Ming Dynasty. It is the most complete, largest and highest-level Taoist ancient building complex in China, and is known as the "Museum of Ancient Chinese Architectural Achievements".Wudang Mountain is also known as Taihe Mountain, Xieluo Mountain, Shenshang Mountain, and Xianshi Mountain. It was known as "Taiyue", "Xuanyue", and "Dayue" in ancient times. From the end of the Han Dynasty to the Wei, Jin, Sui, and Tang Dynasties, it was a place of retreat for those who sought immortality and studied Taoism. In the Song Dynasty, Taoist scriptures began to link the legendary Zhenwu God with Wudang Mountain, and Wudang Mountain was attached to the birthplace and ascension place of Zhenwu. Therefore, Wudang Mountain is also the birthplace of Wudang martial arts, and is known as "the eternal and unparalleled scenic spot, the world's first fairy mountain". At the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, Taoist Zhang Sanfeng gathered all his achievements and founded the Wudang School, which has influenced it to this day. Wudang Mountain is extremely rich in medicinal plants. Among the more than 1,800 Chinese herbal medicines recorded in the "Compendium of Materia Medica", there are more than 400 in Wudang Mountain, which is known as the "natural medicine storehouse".

Two-day tour guide of Wudang Mountain:
Wudang Mountain requires a one-ticket system to enter the mountain, and a two-day tour requires staying one night on the mountain.
Day 1: Buy a ticket at the Wudang Mountain Gate and take an eco-friendly car to Qiongtai Visit the scenic spot and take the cable car to the top of Tianzhu Peak, the essence of Wudang Mountain Golden Summit Scenic Area , visit the Golden Summit, Taihe Palace , Golden Palace After lunch, take an eco-friendly car to the most dangerous place. Nanyan Palace Scenic spots, visit Imperial Monument Pavilion , Dragon and Tiger Hall , Ganlu Well, Xuandi Temple, Dragon Head Incense, Tianyi Zhenqing Palace The tour takes about 1 hour. You can stay in a hotel near Nanyan that night and bargain.
Day 2: After breakfast, drive to the most complete and largest Royal Taoist Temple in Wudang Mountain → Purple Sky Palace , the tour takes about 45 minutes. Then drive to Taizipo Scenic area (about 45 minutes). You can choose to visit after lunch Yuxu Palace or Five Dragon Palace , and then end the trip.

How to get there:
Airplane: Wudang Mountain Airport now has flights to Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi'an and other cities.
Train: There are few trains from Wudang Mountain Railway Station. You can get off at Liuliping Station, where there are more trains. Then you can take a minibus at the door to Wudang Mountain Town or go directly to Nanyan.
Highway: There is a highway from Shiyan to Wudangshan Town.
