Zhongshan Xiangshan Commercial Culture Museum is based on the former site of Shiqi Town General Chamber of Commerce. It is my country's first special museum on commercial culture. The museum currently has a collection of 1,365 pieces/set, and more than 400 pieces/set of various objects on display. Through images, models, sounds, texts, restored scenes, and interactive Q&A, it focuses on introducing the development of Zhongshan's commercial history and culture and China's Zhongshan merchants who have made outstanding achievements in modern business history systematically display Zhongshan's commercial history and traditional culture, recreating the business style at that time and the entrepreneurial hardships of Zhongshan merchants. The museum is located at No. 152 Sunwen West Road and is one of the branches of Zhongshan Museum. The main building is divided into three floors, mainly displaying the basic display of Xiangshan's commercial history and culture, and there is also a temporary exhibition hall. The main exhibition hall takes the development of Zhongshan's business history and culture as the main line, divided into the business development status and distinctive business culture of Zhongshan during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the business thoughts of Sun Yat-sen and Zheng Guanying, the Xiangshan comprador in China's early modernization, and the establishment of the four major department stores, etc. Three major themes display the stocks of Kaiping Mining Bureau, Guangdong-Hankou Railway stocks, Sun Yat-sen's founding strategy, "Yi Bao" founded by Rong Hong, the first issue of "Yongan Monthly" founded by Yongan Company, and the early years of the founder of Yongan Company.
