The Mencius Temple in Zoucheng, also known as the Temple of the Second Sage, is a place where Mencius has been worshipped since ancient times in China. The Mencius Mansion adjacent to the Mencius Temple is the mansion where Mencius' direct descendants live, also known as the "Mansion of the Second Sage". The Mencius Temple and Mencius Mansion in Zoucheng are one of the oldest and best-preserved ancient building complexes in Shandong Province, and are also representative works of ancient architecture from the Song and Yuan Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties in my country.Attractions distribution:
The Zoucheng Meng Temple and Meng Mansion Tourist Area is located in the south of Zoucheng City, Jining City, Shandong Province. The temple was built in the fourth year of Jingyou in the Northern Song Dynasty (1037 AD). After several generations of reconstruction and expansion, it has formed its current scale, which is second only to the Confucius Temple.Zoucheng Meng Temple covers an area of more than 60 acres and consists of five courtyards in front and back. The Temple of the Sacred " is the center, with 64 halls, 2 stele pavilions, 4 wooden archways, 1 stone archway and more than 350 steles.
The Meng Mansion in Zoucheng covers an area of more than 60 mu. It is estimated to be a typical Chinese feudal aristocratic mansion built in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. The Meng Mansion is rectangular in plan, with the main building lobby as the boundary, and seven courtyards in front and back. There are a total of 148 buildings, halls, pavilions and rooms. The overall layout is generous and magnificent. A large number of precious cultural relics are preserved in the Meng Mansion, which are valuable materials for studying the politics, economy and local history of Chinese feudal society.

Ticket prices for Meng Temple and Meng Mansion:
Peak season: 40 yuan/person (April 1st - October 31st);
Off-season: 30 yuan/person (November 1st - March 31st of the following year).
Preferential policies:
1. Children under 1.1 years old, senior citizens over 70 years old, and active military personnel are free of charge for admission to Mengfu and Meng Temple;
2. Children between 1.1-1.4 meters in height can enjoy half price.
