Nostalgic introduction to the imperial banquet: During his tour to the south, Emperor Kangxi once had a "Manchu-Han banquet" at the largest Fuman Tower in Nanyang, and had Manchu and Han officials eat at the same table. They ate with gusto and were extremely happy , especially the special dishes of the Lake District. During the dinner, Kangxi saw the harmonious coexistence of Manchu and Han people and thought about the prosperous Qingming Dynasty, so he happily wrote the words "Heheju Restaurant" in a pen. From then on, Fumanlou was renamed "Heheju Restaurant", and later generations also called it Kangxi Imperial Banquet Room.
