Introduction to Steam Cake: Steam Cake uses high-quality Longtan rice as the main ingredient. The rice is soaked, then ground into slurry with a stone mill, and put into a wooden basin. After fermentation by a special process, the rice is kneaded into balls, then placed in a special mold and steamed over high heat.
