How to get there:

Naples is an important transportation hub in southern Italy. Its air gateway Capodichino Airport (international code NAP) is located about 6 kilometers northeast of the city. The airport bus (Alibus) from the airport to Naples Central Station stops at Piazza Municipio near the ferry station. Piazza Garibaldi is the central railway station in Naples. Many trains from the north pass through Rome and use this as their terminal. There are long-distance bus and bus stations in Piazza Garibaldi in front of the station. Among them, the R2 bus to the Royal Palace and the R3 bus to the ferry station are the most commonly used.
