Route 1:

Day 1: In the morning, walk in a large circle to visit Bili Temple → Longpan Pool → Shengjian Temple (enter through the east gate and exit through the west gate) → Lewang Altar. The distance is 37 kilometers.

Best time to visit:

The dry season and the rainy season are from November to February of the following year and from June to October respectively, giving Angkor Wat two different looks.

How to get there:

Siem Reap has a small airport called Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport (code: REP). There are direct flights from Angkor International Airport to Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei, Hong Kong and other places. You can also take a flight to Phnom Penh, and then take a long-distance bus by land or a speedboat by water to Siem Reap.
